Another Night.
Another Morning.
Running on Empty.
I was still getting ready for work—and already wondering how I’d make it through the day.
By seven that morning, I already felt as though I’d put in a full day.
I’d been awake several times during the night. Just when I thought I might settle back to sleep, I was looking at the clock again. Then the alarm went off.
Now I was sitting at my dresser, trying to finish getting ready for work.
The hardest part was knowing how much of the day was still ahead of me.
At work, I found myself reading the same email twice. By afternoon, I was watching the clock, wondering what I could leave until tomorrow.
I Missed Having Something Left for Myself
One evening, a friend called to see if I wanted to go for a walk.
“Maybe another night,” I told her.
After we hung up, I felt disappointed. I’d wanted to see her. But dinner still needed making, and even changing my clothes felt like another job.
I missed those ordinary evenings—a walk, a conversation, something to look forward to after work.
I Wanted to Say Yes to That Walk
A few days later, my friend asked how I was doing.
“I’m tired of being tired,” I told her. “I keep putting off things I actually want to do.”
She listened. Then she mentioned a nighttime supplement she’d seen and offered to send me the information.
“I haven’t tried it,” she said. “But you could take a look.”
That evening, I opened the link. I wanted to understand the ingredients, the directions, and the cost before deciding whether it was something I wanted to try.
I thought about that walk I’d turned down. I wanted to say yes the next time she called.
Like me, if you’re looking for a different approach to your nighttime routine, take a look at the information my friend shared. Read about the supplement and decide whether it’s worth considering for yourself.
